Terms of Service
PLEASE NOTE: Payment to April Michelle Sweets servers as your agreement to the Poilices, Terms and Conditions I have set. In the event that you do break these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all costs associated with filing a civil class suit on my part.
RUSH ORDER POLICY: Orders placed within 1 week of pick-up time require full payment within 24 hours and are subject to a rush fee.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: Your order is not place until full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer has been received. All payments are received via PayPal or Square invoicing. Once an invoice is requested it must be paid within 24 hours or the invoice will be cancelled.
Orders under $100 must be paid in full. A 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer for orders over $100 holds your reservation date with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your pick up (due date). If your order is not paid for 1 week prior to pick-up, your order will be cancelled and your deposit/retainer will not be returned.
CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me directly for any cancellations. All deposit/retainer funds are non-refundable. No refund at all for orders cancelled with less than 1 week notice.
NON-PAYMENT POLICY: Please do not order until you are ready to make your payment. If we take time to design/coordinate an order and I send you an invoice that you do not pay I will not be able to assist you with any future orders.
ORDER CHANGES: Changes to orders are accepted until 1 week prior to scheduled pick up time.
DAMAGE POLICY: I strive to make my clients happy and provide the best service possible. Upon taking possession of your sweets April Michelle Sweets is not responsible for any damage occurring to the sweets during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
